By appointing DeskCentre as a successful contractor following on from our design service, allows for the knowledge and trust gained through the design process to be retained within the project team and installation team. Firstly, this ensures that the delivery quality of the scheme is maintained and secondly that there are no surprises at the end of the project for the client.
However, whether we have been involved from the beginning of the design process, or have been appointed as a stand-alone fit-out or refurbishment contractor, we always ensure that our contracting solutions balance form, function, benefit and cost. We see our role as a facilitator of fit-out and refurbishment service; from design and procurement, to implementation and final handover. As such we plan and drive the programme at every stage and we communicate with our clients to co-ordinate their input and advise them on the best way to avoid exposure of risk.
Our approach is based on working closely with the client to provide a service which is focused on delivering a completed job effectively whilst the client is able to concentrate on running their business. We will provide an experienced team who can deliver to fixed time, cost and quality criteria.
